Casa Joinal (formerly Villa Feliz) is the twin villa to Villa Linda, it is a dream come true villa in the small and idyllic village of Hortas do Tabual, located amidst the nature preserve "Costa Vincentina" and close to the beach of Zavial, and offers first rate accommodations. The villa has 4 bedrooms with en suite shower baths and is set up to suit up to 8 guests, which may be split up into 2 parties of up to four guests each, ideal for a vacation with friends while still enjoying your privacy when desired. The villa has two floors, both with their own kitchen and living rooms, the top living room offering a fireplace and a large balcony, the ground floor accessing the pool and garden area by large glass doors from the living room and the bedrooms. From both the balcony and the pool and garden area the villa offers an unspoilt view of the surrounding hills. Due to a change of owners the interior decoration differs from the pictures below. The next beach is Praia do Zavial (2 km) well suited for surfers as well as families and for sunbathing, here you can also find a nice restaurant. More restaurants and coffee bars can be found at Praia da Ingrina (about 900 meters from Praia do Zavial) and Raposeira (1.3 km from the villa) where you will also find the next grocery store. Or head to the county seat Vila do Bispo (5 km) or Sagres (10 km). As everywhere in this region you can take hikes or go on day trips exploring the steep coast and the nature preserve.

All prices are per week. Please note, the prices for up to 3 bedrooms includes one kitchen/living room.

If you are not renting the whole house, there is a cleaning fee of 50 Euros (75 Euros for 3 bedrooms).

If you are renting the whole house for more than 2 weeks, there is a 5 % rebate.

In peak season the house is only available as 4 bedroom unit.
