Located on the edge of the stunning nature preserve "Costa Vicentina", Casa Sonho provides a comfortable and relaxing base from which to explore this dramatic and unspoilt corner of the western Algarve. The recently renovated property is surrounded by an extensive tiled patio with double door access from all the rooms and has a large, beautiful Mediterranean garden offering total privacy. The back of the property offers unspoilt, rural views over the nature preserve. Situated down a rural track on the edge of Vila do Bispo, the property is ideal for children as well since there is no traffic except for an occasional herd of cows. It is an easy 5 minute stroll into the village which has all amenities, including a great fish and fruit market in the morning. The closest beach to the house is Castelejo (5 minutes by car) which is accessed via a scenic winding road down through the nature preserve. Wild and invigorating, Castelejo has 4 km of golden sands backed by dramatic cliffs, and the Atlantic breakers attract surfers from all over the world. It is also famous for its amazing sunsets which can be viewed from the cliff top or over a glass of wine from the beach restaurant and bar. The beautiful beaches at Zavial and Ingrina with their crystal clear waters are 10 minutes by car - ideal for family swimming and snorkelling. The house comes fully equipped with all bedding, linen, and cutlery and kitchen utensils. There is a washing machine, Satellite TV, a stereo, patio barbecue, etc.

Please note the minimum rental period is 3 days.

The price for a day is calculated on the basis of the price per week.

Booking notes

25% non-refundable deposit with full payment due 6 weeks in advance, Euros or sterling accepted. Payment into German or Portuguese bank. Check-In and Check-Out preferably on Saturdays.
