This small private apartment building is located amidst natural surroundings with view of the sea, which is only 150 m away (200 m by foot to the beach) with nothing obscuring the view. It's made up of 7 units differing in size, two of which are permanently rented, sharing a common pool and sun terrace. Some apartments have their own private terraces as well. While not all apartments have direct sea view, the shared pool does. Located in the nature preserve "Costa Vincentina" and lovingly decorated with flowers and plants this typical Portuguese apartment buidling offers as much of nature as you might want with an incredible view. Stone lions are watching the pool and the surrounding hills of the steep coast where farmers work their small fields, some still using horses, as well as the small orange plantation next door. Down at the beach is a beautiful restaurant waiting to pamper you. At the doorstep nature invites you to hikes and explorations. The next grocery store is located in Raposeira (3 km), where you will also find cafes as well as another restaurant. More restaurants, a market place, a post office, a doctor, a library with changing exhibitions and a wonderful church can be found in the county seat Vila do Bispo. All apartments come with towels and bedding and have a minimum rental period of 3 days. A baby cot is also available upon request. Reserved parking spaces at the building.
